Kibbie Naidoo

Kibbie Naidoo is Head of Professional Academic Staff Development at the University of Johannesburg. Prior to joining UJ I taught in Sociology, Industrial Sociology and in Higher Education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I served as an executive member of the Higher Education Learning and Teaching Association of Southern Africa (HELTASA). I am on the advisory board of the Teaching Advancement at University (TAU) Fellowship Programme which is funded by the DHET collaborative Grant and co-convene the South African Universities (SAULT) Forum. My research interests include academic agency in curriculum development, professional academic development and social justice in education
